1. All full-service, buffet menus include linens, cooking and serving equipment, table décor, uniformed personnel, quality disposable dinnerware and utensils. Sit-down dinner menus require additional charges for china, glassware, flatware, linens, tables and chairs. Please ask your event coordinator for assistance with these special services.

2. Prices are per person as stated plus a 18% service charge, 7.75% state tax and applicable labor charges. Labor is charged at $24/$25 per server/lead person. There will be one lead person assigned to each event and servers to provide adequate service for the event. Recommended: Buffets, 1 server per 30 guest, sit-downs, 1 server per two tables(these amounts different for cruises)

3. There is a minimum food total of $650 on all full-service events

4. Final billing is based on the number of guests guaranteed or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. Caterer is to be notified of any changes in the guest count no later than 10 days prior to the event.

5. Prices and menu items are subject to change, due to market prices and/ or conditions beyond our control, without prior notice or without changing or withdrawing the menu. Orders placed less that 72 hours prior to the event may necessitate menu substitutions.

6. In order to control the quality of products served on-site, and to insure that all legal requirements concerning health department regulations are met, we must insist that no food be brought to the event.

7. A 18% Service charge will be applied to all buffet menus and an applicable sales tax will be added.

8. Gratuities are welcome, but will not automatically be added to your invoice. They are totally at your discretion.
